Kitchen Simplicity: Interview with Rebecca Thomas of Not Another Diet
I’m often asked about minimalist meal prep and what ingredients I keep in my kitchen. My husband is the cook in our family and he has mastered the art of creating simple, healthful, flavorful meals without recipes. However, we’re not the experts on this subject, so I interviewed someone who is—my friend and fellow simplicity master Rebecca Thomas of Not Another Diet. Rebecca’s teachings helped me and my husband understand the difference between real and processed food, which enabled us to make better decisions at the grocery store. Her approach uncomplicates healthful food and its preparation—so you can eat well, often, and with joy. Check out our video interview below!
